Our Commitment to You

At GoBreezin, we want you to feel completely confident in every purchase. We understand that buying any of our products is an investment, and we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we are here to make it right.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components included. Products that have been used, modified, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out to us and we will walk you through it.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives so that any concerns can be addressed promptly.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For standard returns where the product is not defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are happy to help coordinate the return shipment and provide guidance on the most affordable shipping options. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, GoBreezin covers all return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back. To get started, email our support team at support@gobreezin.com with your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and a brief reason for the request. We will respond within one business day with your RMA number and return instructions. Please do not send items back without an RMA number, as this may delay your refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. For freight and LTL deliveries, please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt. Report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery. For standard parcel shipments via UPS or FedEx, please report any damage or defects within 15 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging when you contact us so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders canceled before they have shipped will receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to follow our standard return process.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional few business days to post the credit to your account.

Our Error vs. Customer-Initiated Returns

If we made a mistake — whether it is a wrong item, a defective product, or a shipping error — we take full responsibility. We will cover all return shipping costs and either send a replacement or issue a complete refund, whichever you prefer. For customer-initiated returns such as a change of mind, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different model or size, contact us at support@gobreezin.com to start the process. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any difference in price between the original and replacement item. We will ship your new item as soon as we receive and inspect the return.
